About Me

Hi! I'm Marcin, a 4th year computer science student at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. I’m particularly interested in programming, with a focus on algorithms, computer networks, and the applications of mathematics in computer science. My goal is to use technology to effectively solve complex problems.

I'm also developing in the field of machine learning and bioinformatics, analyzing genetic data (VCF, BAM), biological signals (e.g. ECG), and building AI models that support medical applications. I create applications in Python, C++, Java, Swift, C#, and develop projects on microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP32) with sensors and embedded systems.
